Cancellation conditions

a) medical and wellness stays 7-0 days before arrival, no show - 90% of the total price of the stay

b) in case of cancellation of booked hotel accommodation less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of non-arrival of the guest, or in case of premature termination of the stay by the guest, the hotel will apply a cancellation fee in the amount of the total value of the stay, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation conditions on 28.6. - 7.7. and 23.12. – 2.1.:

- In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the hotel will not charge any cancellation fees.
- If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival or no-show, the hotel will charge cancellation fees equal to the original booking.
- In case of premature termination of the stay by the guest without serious reasons caused by force majeure, it will be charged according to the original order.
